I want to say Great Service from Ket owner operator who came to my house same day to check on my Dryer and showed me what the problem was and how to fix the problem he gave me his cost to fix which was reasonable vs me fixing it myself he even found the parts locally and priced them. 6-24-20: We have a GE Over the oven microwave which developed a short which tripped the breaker switch each time it was turned on. We called Super Tech and Ket came to repair it. He was right on time as promised and and called 25 minutes prior to arrival. His trouble shooting and microwave knowledge permitted him to determine the problem immediately. He repaired the microwave very fast and even provided me a military discount on a reasonable charge. I have encountered other appliance repairmen in San Antonio who are not nearly as knowledgeable as Ket and charge much more. When I need future appliance repairs, Ket will be my “go to” guy, for sure! And may I also mention he is a Navy veteran! Thank you Ket.
